We take the time to get to know you. Not just your feet, but you. What you do, what you want to do, and at what level you want to be able to do it at.

Of course, during this process, we check out your feet, your biomechanics, your footwear, and anything else we need to see so that we can make the connection between how you’re put together and what you’re experiencing.

After all, if we don’t know exactly what’s going on, how can we design you a world class solution?

We might think we know what you need in theory, but that’s not good enough for us. We want to be sure that not only is what we think you need is correct, but that it translates into real life results in your day to day life. So we test.

Except rather than test in a controlled environment, we get you to collect real life results while doing what you usually do everyday, so that we can be confident you’ll love your orthotics when you get them.

Once we’re both happy with how you’re feeling, we go about translating this intervention into a long term solution that will give you these results day in, day out.

We do this by taking either traditional plaster moulds, or constructing digital versions of your feet using the latest in 3D imaging technology.

Either way, this step is all about getting a detailed replica of your feet which we can use as a base from which to measure, adapt and construct your orthotics.
